Warm Milk- Many dieticians said that you have to take milk daily for the sake of its nutritional values but this can also this can provide you relief from the problem of constipation too. Whenever you have this problem then you can have a glass of warm milk and this can be taken at night before you are going to bed. If the problem is severe then you can also add 2 teaspoons of errand oil in the milk. Another thing you can do is that after drinking a glass of milk you can take small walk for few minutes and this should be done after waking up in the morning. Grapes- Grapes are known as wonderful food which is helpful for treating the problem of constipation. Grapes contain sugar, cellulose and organic acid that make it a mild laxative. They have not only the ability to clear the bowel movement; it also helps to tone up the stomach too. Grapes also makes the intestines toned too and hence relief from the problem. 350 gms of grapes should be taken at daily basis as it will provide you desired results. It is preferred to take fresh grapes but if that are not available in the market you can also take some raisins and soak them in water for 24-48 hours and now have them as a replacement of grapes. Have raisins or grapes in the morning with empty stomach. Raisins should be taken along with that water in which they were soaked.
Lemon Juice- Take fresh lemon and extract juice from it and now, have that lemon juice along with water. You can follow this wonderful home remedy for constipation 3-4 times in a day.
Spinach- Spinach is a green vegetable and green vegetables have high nutritional values but this also proves an excellent home remedy for the treatment of constipation. Also, spinach is known as fundamental food for whole digestive tract. Spinach when in raw form has the organic material that is good for rebuilding, cleansing and also renewal of intestinal tract. Take some raw spinach and grind them to collect some juice. Add same amount of water in it. This is the solution that you have to take two times a day. It will cure the most provoked cases even in very short time.
Aloe Vera- You can take 1-2 spoons of aloe Vera juice in a day as this is helpful to relief the problem of constipation.
Triphala- Triphala is an Ayurvedic medicine and has so many health benefits. This magical herb is an actually mixture of three herbs. You can take 1 spoon of this powder or even can take 2 capsules either with warm water or with warm milk. Have this at night before going to bed.
