Bananas– Bananas plays defensive role in providing relief from acidity. You have to eat a banana daily for getting relief. It is one of the easiest home remedy for acidity.
Apple Cider Vinegar-Take 2 tablespoon of normal apple cider vinegar along with 2 spoon of honey. Now, mix both in a glass of water. Take that mixture 2 hours before meal. It is taste as well as healthy tips to provide you relief from acidity.
Baasil leaves (Tulsi) – Tulsi has highly religious values but it also has some of the medicinal properties too and it also helps to keep you away from acidity. You can take some fresh leaves of holy basil. Wash them and chew them well. It lessens the acidity and also nausea and Blazing.
Jaggery (Gur) – You have to take a small piece of jaggery every time after taking meal. Also, you can put a piece of jaggery in your jaws and suck it slowly. Repeat it until the acidity gone. It is one of the best home remedies for acidity.
Watermelon-Watermelon and other watery fruits like cucumber and banana are excellent way to relief the problem of acidity. You have to take that fruits after the gap of every hour.

Coconut Water- You can drink gulp coconut water 4-5 periods a day.

Clove- You can take a piece of clove and suck it until you get relief from acidic conditions. It is a simple but effective remedy for acidity.
Mint Juice- Take some fresh mint leaves. Now, grind them and extract juice from them. Keep ii in fridge to make it cool. Have this juice when you feel acidity after having meal. It is an effective home remedy for acidity.
Chebulic Myrobalan- Daily have 1 spoon juice of chebulic myrobalan mixed with 1 spoon juice of Indian gooseberry. It is also an excellent remedy for acidity.
Do’s and Don’ts- You have to maintain a gap from the fry foods and also avoid pickles, vinegar, very hot and spicy foods. Chocolate is also not a good option for you. Also, you needn’t to eat raw salad. Some of the vegetables are especially no for acidic people and that are onions, radish, and cabbage and also peppers. Unripe pectin fruits like unripe apple are also not good option for you.
On the other hand ripe apples like Delicius and Fuji apples are good for you. Chew the food properly and if there is any problem in chewing then you can grind the food. Take small gaps between meals.
